Press Coverage

The Guardian

"Cool off up in the hilltops at this dub and reggae fest in the foothills of the stunning Dolomites range."

10 of the best festivals in Europe ... that you’ve probably never heard of

Grazia

"You don’t get a much more beautiful location for a festival than the foothills of the Dolomites on the shores of Lake Garda. If you can tear yourself away from exploring the photogenic scenery you can soak up the music, mainly reggae, dub and folk, as well as enjoying art installations, rock climbing and the ‘zen zone’."

9 Festivals You Haven't Heard Of (Yet)

The Telegraph

"Folk and reggae vibes make for a relaxed atmosphere at this amazingly-situated festival, strung out along a cliff ledge high above Lake Garda in the foothills of the Alps. There’s a slightly hippy, DIY-feel here that has been lost at other festivals, plus Italian food such as stone-baked pizzas and campari cocktails."

Europe's best summer music festivals for 2017

Festival Background

Originally called MandStock, Mandrea Music Festival was started in 2012 by organisers Eli and Connie. The idea was to bring people from all over the world to a stunning location of unique and natural beauty, surrounded by lakes and mountains.

The festival features a wide variety of folk and world music, accentuated by classic reggae headliners. Vegan friendly food options, local Italian produce, and mountain activities are all part of the experience.

The festival takes place annually in August in a hidden valley near the towns of Arco and Riva on Lake Garda in Italy, attracting around 3000 people from all over the world.
